Enforcement and continuous development of internal procurement standards (including directional lines, processes, best practices) taking into account regulatory and group-wide compliance and efficiency aspects Contact persons of all departments within the entire purchasing process and perception of a gatekeeper role to ensure consistent compliance with the central procurement requirements for the bank Accompanying specialist areas or projects in contract/price negotiations of individual/framework contracts with service providers taking into account the central procurement requirements and cost/benefit inspections Continuous assembly of the service provider portfolio, including quality, cost and risk aspects, as well as reporting support Cooperation or management of projects in particular to identify and implement efficiency potentials to optimize strategic to operational purchasing Situative support of the Department of Operations & IT as part of in-house procurement projects
