In order to strengthen the Office for Building and Properties, the Building Division, we are looking for several Project engineers (male/female/divers) Pay/group: E 11 by TVöD (deducted annually 54.864 Euro to 81.298 Euro) Working time: Full time Duration: unlimited Place of use: Hochbau, Ernst-Toller-Straße 15, 07545 Gera Application deadline: 30. August 2026 Take responsibility for demanding building projects with social impact – from complex individual projects to significant developments for the city.

Project management for investment and maintenance under the ownership function Participation in the processing and application of funds or investments in coordination with users for the city of Gera Development of necessary tenders or tenders Order allocations under product responsibility Machining of necessary construction measures of buildings and buildings

a successfully completed study at a (special)high school or at a dual university (diploma or Bachelor) in the field of architecture (construction) or civil engineering (construction) driving licence class B Knowledge of project management of building measures well-founded and broad expertise in building law and experience in building planning in all phases of the HOAI
