(Senior) Consultant Banking with a focus on Capital Markets (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Consultant Banking and Capital Markets, with your know-how and experience in the capital market business, you play an important role in our capital market team and advise leading banks, asset managers, stock exchanges and financial service providers along the entire value chain of the capital market business – front-to-back, from strategy to implementation. You advise our customers on operational challenges and strategic development prospects in the capital market business, e.g. in the modernisation of the capital market architecture or in the topics capital market data, transaction reporting or clearing & settlement

You develop strategies to increase efficiency and yield in the capital market business and accompany our capital market customers in the digital transformation

You opt for processes, systems and organization in securities and derivatives

You accompany up-to-date innovations (e.g. the use of artificial intelligence, tokenization) and regulatory initiatives in the capital market (e.g. t+1 settlement, harmonisation reporting regimes transaction reporting) – from technical analysis to operational implementation

You take on successively (sub-)project responsibility, tax work packages and work closely with specialist areas, IT and external stakeholders

You become part of a well-established, grown capital market team – professionally strong and established with our customers

You will begin professional publications, studies and presentations and design customer workshops and offer processes with

You have successfully completed your studies in economics, BWL, VWL (economic) computer science or similar

You could gain > two years of professional experience in the capital market environment, e.g. in the trading, middle or back office of a bank, a stock exchange, a financial service manager or consulting – experiences from capital market projects are of advantage

You bring knowledge in the securities and/or derivatives business and a good understanding of the end-to-end process chain with

You draw your attention through your IT affinity, e.g. in the context of capital market architecture, systems or data

You are interested in regulatory issues in the capital market business and its operational and technical implementation

You enjoy structured analysis, conceptual work and interest in taking responsibility in the project environment

To optimally advise our customers on site, you are ready to travel nationally and internationally
