This is what awaits you as a customer advisor for the area of Death Performance (m/w/d) Complete completion of business processes Completion of benefits from survivor's care (deaths) Legal examination and decision of deadlines operating the systems necessary for the execution of the performance cases (database, work instructions, etc.) Participation in performance, customer and service-oriented and correct tasks, according to the service standards of Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG Understanding project and special tasks Keeping the relevant regulations (ICOFR, laws, work guidelines, etc.)
