They support legal colleagues in a variety of legal issues, in particular in the fields of corporate law, energy law, contract law/plant construction, purchasing/contracting law and antitrust law.

You are involved according to your qualifications, your time availability and as required e.g. in the context of literature research, preparation and independent implementation of dates and legal assessment of facts

Its aim is to develop, in addition to legally enforceable proposals, in particular also economic solutions for the company.

Advanced study course of law, with a focus on economic law
