Project Manager Construction | Hamburg | Full-time (m/f/d)

You take the technical and economic responsibility of creating complex turnkey projects within 100 km around Hamburg You support the development of the project (realisation methods, alternatives) You conduct negotiations with authorities, subcontractors, suppliers, planners, experts, contractors and acquirers You guide the construction project team and coordinate their processes You coordinate the creation of tendering and awarding of construction services with the support of the purchaser and work preparation You create, update and monitor the schedules and budgets

Completed Civil Engineering or Architecture Studies (FH/TH) Multiannual professional experience as project manager or building manager in the SF-Bau Extensive knowledge / experience in construction management, construction services and construction law (VOB) Funded knowledge in MS Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook) Funded knowledge in programs for the creation of construction schedules such as MS Project German speaking (flowing in word and writing) Self-employed and structured working and enforcement Organizational skill, open mind, team skills, commitment Responsibility, flexibility and reliability Knowledge with Lean Planning System (are desirable) German knowledge of C1 level is required for this position
