You take care of a comprehensive transfusion medical care of blood products, special preparations, stem cell preparations and novel cell-based therapeutics You work in a modern laboratory area, which includes the entire range of methods of transfusion medical laboratory tests, including serological, flow cytometric and molecular biological diagnostics, among others in immunohaematology, transplant ammunology and infection diagnosis You produce CE-certified IVD reagents for transplantationimmunological diagnostics and develop these You investigate the further development of methods, in particular also for the investigation of blood group, HLA and non-HLA polymorphisms on clinical results of transfusion, stem cell transplantation or cell therapy You develop diagnostic procedures for quality control and efficacy testing of novel cell therapeutics

A completed medical study and an approbation recognised in Germany Specialist medical certificate for laboratory medicine Clinical experiences in the field of transfusion medicine, haematology or immunogenicity are of advantage, but no prerequisite fun in dealing with people and working in the team as well as time flexibility
