Technical Documentation Consultant Stations (m/f/d)

A task that challenges

As a Referent Stationen (m/w/d), you support our team in the operational day-to-day business and ensure that organizational processes, technical documentation and internal coordination are reliably prepared, accompanied and maintained. You will start professionally informed documents as well as meaningful presentations on technical topics for different target groups. In the day-to-day business, you perform organizational tasks and contribute to the fact that internal processes are structured and reliable. You actively contribute to the creation, revision and structured placement of technical documents, work documents and checklists. In the team, you participate in the organisational preparation and follow-up of technical topics and ensure that all relevant information is fully and transparently documented. This position is limited to one year due to parental leave.

A background that convinces

You have a good technical understanding and can collect, document and process technical facts in a structured manner for internal purposes. You work reliably, carefully and well organized. You can also keep track of several parallel topics. You communicate kindly, clearly and legally with colleagues and internal contact persons:inside. You are safe in handling Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint. First experience in technical documentation, work preparation, project support, maintenance, network technology or in a comparable technical environment is advantageous. You have a successfully completed bachelor's degree in the technical field, for example electrical engineering, energy engineering, industrial engineering with a technical focus or a comparable discipline. Alternatively, you bring a completed electrotechnical training with a further education as a master:in or technician:in. Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing, as well as the ability to formulate complex facts precisely and properly addressed, complete your profile.
