Responsibility for cross-site support, further development and harmonisation of production and quality management processes in the MES (Hydra 8) and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) Analysis, optimization and implementation of efficient production logistics processes in close cooperation with the departments and international production sites Management and active cooperation in international projects in the production and SAP environment at locations in Germany and Poland Cooperation and acquisition of part-project responsibility in the selection, introduction and further development of a new MES platform Support in the introduction of new functions, processes and system standards in the production environment Consultation and support of the departments in process and system-related issues Coordination of external service providers and cooperation with internal IT and specialist departments

Successfully completed studies in business informatics, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the SAP environment, ideally in the field of production logistics, manufacturing execution systems (MES) or production processes Finded knowledge in customizing as well as in the processes of the PP and QM SAP modules under SAP S/4HANA Knowledge in the MES system Hydra (Hydra 8 / X) as well as experience in implementing SAP and MES projects are desirable Extensive understanding of production and quality management processes Experience in project management and in cooperation with international teams Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Ready for occasional missions at national and international locations
