You carry out presence and online trainings (approximately 3–4 hours each) You are a lot on the go: about 70–80 % travel activity in Germany You organize and design your training independently in your field of application You represent the brand STUDEX professional and authentic You work with the training materials provided by STUDEX at on-site training
Enthusiasm for the ear hole and desire to pass on your knowledge in practice Class B driving licence and high readiness to travel (70–80 % in DE) Fun to go new ways and make things proactive Communication strength & empathy – openness, patience and fun at work with groups Background in the beauty or service area is a plus, but no need Basic knowledge of tools such as MS Teams, Outlook, Word or Excel First experience in training, guessing/sales or teaching is a plus
