The Group ''Konzern-IT Security'' supports the employees of the entire DZ BANK group through demand-oriented IT Security Services. With safety tests, training measures, risk-oriented audits and information on the threat situation, we promote the upholding and strengthening of resistance to current threats and attacks. As IT Security Manager Pentest (m/w/d), you can expect the following tasks. Strategic development: you design and manage our penetration test program over the entire life cycle. Coordination & Control: You plan and coordinate penetration tests with external service providers – from kickoff to handover to follow-up processes. Analysis & Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate complex vulnerabilities taking into account the business context, regulatory requirements and current threat information (Threat Intelligence). Communication & Reporting: You prepare identified vulnerabilities to target groups and present their results to IT, security or business stakeholders. Collaboration: As a central contact partner, you work closely with IT, application management, development and information security to find sustainable solutions.

Successful IT-study (e.g. infor­mation, business informatics) or comparable training with focus on IT security Multiannual practice in penetration test management, in IT security or information security Ideally, you bring recognised certifications (e.g. CISSP, CEH, OSCP) Safe handling of Threat intelligence sources and risk assessment frameworks (e.g. CVSS, NIST) Designed analytical and communicative capabilities to solve complex technical problems and to prepare them in a comprehensible manner Very good German in word and writing
