These are your tasks:

• You install, configure and assign your own IT hardware, IT systems, basic software and telephony and SIP communication.
• With the help of our ticket system, you fix IT posts in the hardware, software and network sectors and document them in the CMDB.
• You bring your expertise in developing new features or solutions and develop ideas and solutions.

With this profile you fit us:

• You have good knowledge of hardware.
• You have experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
• You have basic network, server and client skills.
• You have knowledge of database management with SQL.
• Nice-to-have, but no need: certifications such as e.g. Cisco CCNA / CCT, CompTIA, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, VMware Certified Professional
