Technical Assistant - Building Services (m/f/d)

For the Vitos Rhein-Main gGmbH we are looking for a technical/in – building technology (m/w/d) in full time at the next time possible. Your primary location is our location in Bad Soden. If necessary, you will also support the technical support of our further locations.

You are a contact person for building and building technology and, together with your colleagues, you will ensure a reliable technical operation of our sites. You monitor and manage our technical facilities and facilities and carry out general repair, maintenance and installation work independently. You commission and coordinate external specialist companies and service providers and accompany maintenance, testing and maintenance measures. You support rebuilds, renovations and technical projects and ensure the necessary technical documentation and compliance with test and maintenance dates. You will participate in the technical call service as well as in the winter service, assist in the technical support of events as well as, if necessary, in our other locations and help to ensure the order, cleanliness and functionality of the buildings and the clinic area.

You have completed professional or technical training, e.g. as an electrician, electronic engineer, plant mechanic, installer, or in a comparable profession. Ideally, you bring professional experience in building, operating or house technology or in technical maintenance. You have a good technical understanding, are handcrafted versatile and find pragmatic and solution-oriented ways even with unexpected technical challenges. You work independently, structured and responsibly, keep an eye on pending tasks and ensure their reliable implementation. Team skills and communication strength are yours. You are confident and binding with different contact persons and responsible persons and can communicate technical facts in a comprehensible manner. You have a class B driver's license and are ready to participate in the technical call and winter service as well as to be active at our other locations if necessary.
