You plan and control the daily business of your assigned area of responsibility using established key figures You control daily work performance in terms of quality and productivity You take the shift and personnel planning of your area You regularly conduct personal and development talks with your employees and develop these strengthening-oriented You continually improve the processes in your responsibility You regularly communicate with our customers, partners and internal interfaces You create reports and statistics

You have successfully completed a commercial training and can ideally demonstrate first professional experience in the above mentioned fields of activity You work independently, structured and independent You are strong in communication, empathic and plead a cooperative leadership style You have a high service orientation and a good number and process understanding You are safe in handling warehouse management systems as well as popular MS Office applications You have knowledge of German as well as very good English
