completed vocational training as a vehicle painter, industrial painter, aircraft painter or comparable qualification; also specialists from vehicle or industrial lacquering are given the opportunity to enter the aviation. practical knowledge of spray coating processes, grinding, gluing, splinting, sealing, polishing and improving high-quality surfaces; Experience in aircraft painting is advantageous, but no requirement.
