Beykozplatz 5, 45470 Mülheim an der Ruhr You work in all planning phases in a team of architects, planners, sales engineers and BIM coordinators to achieve the optimal result You create 3D models with Autodesk Revit for model-based quantity determination, plan derivation and visualization You are responsible for the coordination and coordination with expert planners (m/w/d), experts (m/w/d) and authorities You develop the execution and detail planning for our turnkey construction projects in the performance phases 1 to 5 You are co-responsible for the timely and complete architectural planning as well as for economic optimization You help with the continuous internal development of planning standards, BIM standards, guides, tools and methods

You have successfully completed architectural studies Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in the planning of logistics properties as well as in the construction process and have a building template permission You have good IT and CAD skills, at best in Revit You like working in the team and enjoy developing sustainable planning solutions You have an excellent organizational ability and draw your attention through communication strength You are open to new things and have great interest in actively shaping future-oriented changes
