Service Assistant / Service Advisor Automotive (m/f/d)

Order processing and coordination: From order intake to completion, you will ensure trouble-free execution and professional processing. Customer and partner communication: You represent our house friendly on the phone and competently in personal conversations with customers, suppliers and insurance companies. Vehicle acceptance and transfer: You inform the customer comprehensively and ensure that the vehicle is transferred in perfect condition. Spare parts: You are responsible for ordering, complainting and storage of spare parts, so that the workshop operation works smoothly. Cost calculation and cost estimates: You create precise cost suggestions and support our customers professionally with all repair questions. Office organization and administrative tasks: With your organizational designer, you contribute to a structured and efficient everyday office.

Qualification: You have successfully completed training in automotive technology or in the commercial sector and have already gained practical experience in the automotive industry. Communicative skills: You have very good knowledge of German and advise customers competent, friendly and service-oriented. Team skills: You like to work in the team, support your colleagues and actively contribute to a positive working environment. Customer focus: Through your courtesy and courteous appearance, you create confidence in customers. Flexibility and reliability: Even in stressful situations, you can be stressed, ready to use and keep a cool head. Mobility: You have a class B licence. Professional experience: Ideally, you already have experience in the automotive sector, for example in the part service, in the car house or in the body repair.
