Design the digitalization of public administration: With your adesso team, you support German administrations in their digital transformation. Consultation: Together with your team, you will advise organizations conceptually to digitize and optimize IT-based business processes through innovations and technologies. Analyze and document requirements: Technical requirements in complex environments at the interface between specialist departments and IT are recorded, evaluated, prioritized and documented by you. Accompany the project implementation from kick off to retro: you advise and accompany projects according to classic and agile approach models and support in project planning and quality assurance. Support acquisition activities: Engage in acquisition and presales activities.

Professional experience: You can look back at at at least 3 years of relevant professional experience with corresponding public industry and IT know-how Understanding administration: You know well within organisations and structures of public administration and can use this for project work. Methods: You are familiar with concepts and tools such as Agile Transformation, OZG, E-Management Work, eGovernment, SmartCity, Requirement Analysis according to IREB, Test Management according to ISTQB and Advisor Methods (e.g. GAP Analysis). Customer orientation: You speak the language of our customers and can score points in terms of consulting quality and persuasiveness. Analysis and Conception: Innovative approaches to analytical problems, pronounced conceptual thinking, structured working methods and a high quality awareness characterize you. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
