As an assistant to health care, you are a central contact person for our employees. This brings you your medical expertise to create a healthy working environment and sustainably strengthen the well-being of our workforce. In your position, you take medical care of general medical concerns and provide qualified first aid in emergencies. You can safely use various medical devices such as EKG, stress ECG, lung function tests, audiometry and visual testing to support precise diagnosis. You advise our employees:inside comprehensively on questions of travel and vaccination medicine and carry out the appropriate measures. As a medical specialist, you are involved in the design and implementation of measures for occupational health promotion, such as nutrition, exercise and stress management. The careful documentation of medical data and the care of the patient files are also part of your tasks, using medical specialist software efficiently.

Training: completed training as a health and nursing worker, emergency medical technician:in, medical:r or comparable qualification experience and know-how: practical experience in the medical environment, ideal in occupational medicine; experience in the care of general medical diseases and in the treatment of emergencies; safe handling of medical devices such as EKG, stress ECG, lung function, audiometry or visual testing; knowledge of travel and vaccination; good knowledge of current MS Office applications and ideally experience with medical specialist software Personality and working: You succeed in integrating yourself into a team and pursuing goals together; you communicate clearly and understandably; you plan your tasks ahead and always keep track of them; you like to take ownership and meet sound decisions; your appearance is sovereign and convincing; you quickly capture complex facts; you desire people to appreciate, friendly and with pronounced service orientation Enthusiasm: You are passionate about health and prevention and want to contribute to the well-being of our employees. The gross annual salary for this body shall be at least EUR 57,000 for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the tariff requirements).
