Own the full strategic and operational leadership of both logistics sites in Neuenburg am Rhein Translate Galaxus' supply chain strategy and growth ambitiouss into a scalable, high-performing logistics setup Lead the ramp-up of the second site from go-live to full operational maturity, ensuring a successful integration into the broader logistics network Build and develop a strong cross-site management team capable of delivering operational excellence at scale Hold end-to-end accountability for all logistics processes as well as critical support functions including Facility Management, Health & Safety, and Quality Drive service, productivity, and cost efficiency through clear operational standards, strong performance management, and continuous improvement Take ownership of the operational performance and long-term evolution of a fully automated logistics site, working closely with internal experts and external partners Translate strategic priorities into meaningful KPIs and ensure consistent delivery against them across both sites Ensure that both Neuenburg sites operate in full compliance with all legal requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration to drive continuous improvement
