Support for management, as well as in certain disciplines of employees in the field Project controlling and costing of wind/PV&BESS projects including the interfaces to suppliers, service providers and financing banks Market monitoring and political monitoring of regulatorics Commercial control of area codes and interface to enterprise controlling Risk management in the overall view of the projects and interface to corporate risk management Preparing to build your own management and portfolio management Development and implementation of regional participation concepts Development of further organisational branches, in particular towards network connection planning and construction management Special sporadic topics such as strategic cooperations, network connection clusters (own UW or synergies with other PE) or sector coupling (Windthermie, Power-to-X etc.)

A completed study (Bachelor) with commercial or technical background, e.g. renewable energies, spatial planning, architecture, civil engineer, geography, BWL or economic engineer. Alternatively, due to experience, appropriate knowledge and skills Knowledge in the energy sector (especially in the field of renewable energies) Experience in the field of commercial project and business controlling Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (HGB, AktG, EEG, EnWG etc.) Very good software knowledge in the commercial area (e.g. MS Office, especially Excel, SAP etc.) driving licence class B Communication skills, analytical skills and organizational ability Structured operation and problem-solving capability
