Your duties

• Processing of incoming customer requests within the framework of more specified Process
• Operation of telephone, email and CRM systems for processing the customer's presence
• Achieving personal targets in quality and productivity
• forwarding to the relevant support areas
• Coordination with the service areas
• Documentation and Data Collection / Data Care

Our requirements

• Training in IT is desirable, but no requirement
• Good basic technical understanding, preferably electronic Knowledge
• Experiences in dealing with the MS Office program package
• Interest and enthusiasm for IT and technology
• Very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing
• Customer-oriented work with a positive attitude
• Teamability and reliability
