Responsibility for developing the cloud-based data warehouse core in a global industrial insurance company Provision of several data products to operate the central control apparatus and in particular also to strengthen the self-service aspect in the area of data and analytics Control of product development and communication of product vision and product roadmap taking into account the corporate strategy Implementation of regular feedback cycles with the relevant stakeholders to adapt product strategy and improve user experience Professional leadership of an agile Scrum team Active participation of meetings at team and program level such as planning, review or system demo in a scaled agile environment (SAFe organization)

A good degree of study, preferably of economics, economic information, insurance or comparable studies Professional experience as a product owner or manager Experience in data warehousing, business intelligence reporting and/or insurance Ideally technological hand-on experience in the cloud development for data, e.g. AWS, Snowflake Representative ownership for product development, product vision implementation and business value growth for our customers (strong customer orientation) Very good analytical capabilities, holistic thinking skills and a self-contained and structured working method Excellent communicative skills combined with excellent own initiative and motivation Very good English knowledge in word and writing (min.
