The area of responsibility includes the case-handling of performance applications according to SGB VIII with the following main areas of work: Completion of benefits for the promotion of children in day care and in day care (information and counselling, examination of the conditions, decision on performance) Determining, setting and drawing up cost contributions Applicable from public-law claims of remnant including Forced execution Processing of opposition and appeal proceedings

A completed training to/from administrative staff, legal staff or a comparable qualification A strong decision-making and conversation skills A structured, targeted and independent operation and high load capacity Social and intercultural competence and a strong sense of responsibility
