We are a medium-sized family company in third generation and have been building in the Rhineland since 1955. Our goal is to reliably, technically cleanly and with high quality to implement demanding construction tasks.

You conduct and coordinate the column in the daily construction site sequence and distribute the tasks comprehensible You plan the next steps forward in close coordination with the building management and coordinate staff, material and equipment You implement execution plans professionally, check measurements and quality of execution and clarify early inconsistencies You ensure safe workflows and carefully handle materials and equipment You pass on specialist knowledge to employees and trainees and regularly report back the progress of construction and possible deviations to the building management.

You have a completed training on polishing, factory polishing, mason and concrete builders (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification with relevant leadership experience. You have well-founded practice in building and building and are absolutely safe in implementing plans and construction processes. You maintain a clear and respectful guiding style, organize forward-looking and always have an open ear for the construction site team. You combine high craft quality standards with a strong sense of responsibility and a reliable way of working. For the smooth coordination at the construction site, you will bring reliable German knowledge (C1).
