Initiation and implementation of projects in the city centre based on the city center “Sindelfingen makes center” Promotion and support of private owners, investors and other external actors with the aim of activating and revitalizing areas and existing objects Coordination and control of city-relevant project developments within the administration Assessment of concepts relating to urban planning and economic viability Negotiations with third parties on the formation of alliances in the development of projects Presentation and representation of public and public planning

Completed degree (Diplom / Master) of the Department of Real Estate, Project Development, Architecture, Urban Planning or Geography or Comparable Studies Multiannual professional experience in project development, preferably in public administration Self-employed, structured work, coupled with very good written and oral communication skills Team spirit, ideas for innovation and enforcement Basic knowledge of current developments in real estate market law, planning law and related specialist law are required administrative experience or Knowledge of municipal structures is advantageous
