In the role as a building engineer / facility manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the support of the buildings and the property at the production site Hamburg. The factory is equipped with modern technical building equipment, which must be continuously developed, renewed and maintained. You act as an interface between different departments and external service providers – coordinates tenders, selects service providers, commission them and keeps the overview. The planning and supervision of climate/ventilation technology is just as important as ensuring all necessary tests. Through your know-how in the field of technical building equipment, you design site heating under energy considerations. You actively participate in the implementation of sustainability projects and energy saving measures – because efficiency and responsibility belong to us. As a responsible electric specialist, you’ll arrange for safe electrical installations, organize and carry out the necessary tests.Your task area is rounded off by the annual budget and investment planning – you’ll work with how we use our resources. You have a vocational training in electrical engineering, facility management or related fields and ideally additional qualifications such as masters or technicians. Alternatively, you bring an academic education with well-founded expertise. 3–5 years of professional experience in building technology, facility management or production are not a new country for you. A high service orientation, excellent communication skills as well as a safe and binding occurrence are characteristics that characterize you. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing – because clear communication counts. Nice-to-have: Master, technician or engineering degree, experience with sustainability projects, English skills.
