Customer- & Category-Growth: Development and expansion of the customer portfolio by targeted management of distribution, sales, key account management and category development based on core range and NPD strategies (New Product Development). Customer Planning & Negotiations: Creation and implementation of annual customer plans, management of the annual price and condition negotiations, as well as ensuring the implementation and monitoring of the agreed trading conditions. Assortment & Trade Marketing Implementation: Control of product listings, assortment matrices and promotion plans as well as ensuring the implementation of trade marketing activities according to marketing strategy and corporate standards. Commercial & financial competence: Very good knowledge of end-to-end sales processes (including marketing, finance and logistics), comprehensive understanding of customer-related profit and loss accounting (P&L) and relevant financial indicators. Analytical & Strategic Skills: Embossed Analytical Skills in combination with strategic thinking ability to identify growth potentials and derive sound business decisions. Communication and leadership skills: Very good communication and negotiation skills in German and English, ability to influence and actively shape change processes, constructive conflict resolution and effective cooperation – both autonomous and in cross-functional teams.
