Head of IT (m/f/d)

Strategic and operational overall responsibility for the German IT organization with currently five employees at two locations Ensuring and maintaining the continuous availability of central IT systems at both German locations Responsibility for the entire IT infrastructure including networks, server landscapes and terminal management Control of IT projects, in particular in the field of infrastructure, system operation and digitalization Selection, control and further development of external service providers and suppliers Responsibility for IT governance, business continuity, information security and compliance issues at local level Control and further development of ISMS and coordination of certifications, audits and regulatory requirements (e.g. TISAX, IATF, NIS2) Responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring the IT budget, including investment and resource planning

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Founded professional and project experience in the IT infrastructure and in a leading IT function Experiences with ERP systems, optimally SAP S/4HANA, preferably in a manufacturing industrial company Width and application-proof knowledge in Windows Server environments, virtualization and network administration Good knowledge of IT security, IT service management, network technology, cloud technologies; Experiences with AI applications are advantageous Embossed leadership and communication skills High solution orientation and pragmatic hands-on mentality
