For the European Business Unit, we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking manager (m/w/d), who successfully combines sales, customer development, project business and team leadership.

Corporate responsibility for the Business Unit ''Spatial Experiences Europe'' including growth, earnings and business development Development of new business opportunities in the areas of museums, Experience Center, brand worlds, Expo pavilions and special projects Leadership, coaching and further development of an interdisciplinary team of around ten employees Building and maintaining resilient customer relationships at decision-making and management level to drive company growth Responsibility for pitches, tenders and tender processes until the successful conclusion of the contract Management of commercial project evaluation with regard to costing, risks, resources and profitability Ensuring successful cooperation with project management, technical planning, operations and other business units Identification of market trends and development of new business areas and partnerships in Europe Reporting to management and active participation in the leadership team

Multiannual leadership experience with earnings and budget responsibility in a related industry Successful activity in one of the following areas: Adventure Worlds / Experience Center, Museum and Exhibition Building, Exhibition and Pavilion Building, Event Production, Turnkey Projects, Interior Fit-Out, General Contracting, Architecture or Project Management Detectable successes in sales and development of customer relationships at decision-making level Experience in managing complex project organisations or business units Outstanding commercial understanding including costing, contract management and margin responsibility High communication and presentation strength as well as safe occurrence to customers and partners Modern leadership style, enforcing ability and joy in the development of people and teams Very good knowledge of German and English
