As a regional manager and local representative*, you strengthen the regional presence of GLS Bank, make its values and strategic goals achievable and promote the visibility and effect of the Bank in the Hamburg region through targeted network work and customer support. You connect internal communication with external effects and contribute to business development and to cross-departmental and location cooperation. In your function, you perform the following tasks: The presentation of the bank in the Hamburg region. In this case, you act as a language tube of the entire Board of Management and provide an increase in the awareness of GLS Bank. Identification and acquisition of relevant key partners - if necessary in cooperation with the customer supervisors on site. The holistic support of a firm inventory of key and network customers in the company customer or investment business. The active design and development of the value and working community at the Hamburg site. Here, you promote value-oriented and trusted cooperation and act as a central contact person for location-related concerns. In your role, you actively contribute to the strengthening of interdisciplinary cooperation without disciplinary leadership.

Ideally, you have: Long-standing and comprehensive experience in the care of demanding corporate or private customers. Knowledge in the field of network building and care, ideally with regional reference. Proactive action leading to pragmatic and solution-oriented decisions. You really appreciate any risks and challenges do not prevent you from consistently implementing decisions. A pronounced empathy that allows you to consciously perceive people. You are able to make your communication targeted and adaptable. The ability to build trusted networks and customer relationships. You always have the balance between the interests of the bank and the customers in mind and can identify relevant trends through your expertise and derive potential opportunities from them. The talent to define performance expectations and delegate tasks accordingly. In doing so, take a good example and motivate your colleagues to take responsibility.

This position is dominated by an annual income of between 88,000 - 100,000 euros plus possible social supplements.
