They are responsible for maintaining and continuously developing our quality management system at the site, taking into account key requirements and framework conditions. The planning, implementation and follow-up of internal, external and certification audits is one of your tasks as well as the implementation of training for employees. They take responsibility for quality-relevant projects and conduct Cause Analysis as well as systematic processing of quality-relevant topics. In addition, you evaluate quality indicators and represent them vividly to identify and implement improvement potentials. As a contact person for relevant quality topics, you are the interface between different departments and ensure a smooth flow of information. In your role as Deputy Head of the HACCP team, you contribute significantly to the safety and quality of our products. They act as a multiplier for our online tools for document and improvement management as well as for our digital training platform and help us to expand our further development potential. As a representative for RSPO/RA and pest control, you contribute to compliance with sustainability standards and hygiene regulations.
