That makes this job interesting for me: As an experienced technician, I have profound knowledge and experience in the construction and/or operation of medium, high and/or high voltage cable systems. I'm at home in cable technology. In my tasks, I am on my way across the 50Hertz network and I introduce my expertise wherever it is needed. I'm used to work in confined spaces (e.g. in the cable tunnel) and I'm not a problem. The activity in the network area opens up the opportunity to grow continuously with the challenges 50Hertz faces in the course of the energy transition. My tasks: developing quality criteria, method descriptions and internal guidelines to ensure the demand-oriented installation of cable fittings as well as checking the method descriptions of service providers for cable laying / cable pulling in projects, monitoring of cable works on construction sites of the 50Hertz, quality assurance of the production process, type and piece testing of cables and fittings at the manufacturer, participation in the selection of cable laying and cable pulling technologies, Evaluation of results from maintenance and state assessments and participation in tenders.

Completed master or technician training in the field of electrical and/or Energy technology or comparable, Multiannual experience in the assembly of medium, high and high voltage cables, cable technology and cable deep construction, clear and constructive communication, implementation strength and organisational readiness, Good English (B1) and German language skills (B2 with the aim of C1 level); Ready to travel and driving permit cars. No need, but of advantage: knowledge of measuring and testing methods in cable technology, Detections to enable cable assembly and cable laying of different manufacturers.
