HR Business Partner for the Munich plant (m/f/d)

You advise and supervise the executives and employees in your assigned support area (Werk München) in compliance with the applicable labour and tariff regulations. In HR Business Partnering, you support all HR processes along the Employee Life Cycle from personnel planning, human resources recovery and development, remuneration management and personnel support. You also manage and support HR projects with the participation of internal and external partners and continue our constructive cooperation with the works council. In compliance with the personal strategy, our corporate principles and legal requirements Actively improve our HR services constantly and strengthen our internal and external image positively.

You have successfully completed your university studies at BWL, law, pedagogy or psychology with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification. At least 3 years of professional experience as a HR Business Partner in the support for a commercial sector (Blue Collar) – ideally in a collectively-based company – will bring you with you. Empathy, team spirit and enforcement are your personal strengths and it is easy for you to adapt to different situations and interlocutors. You solve complex questions to me about your customer-oriented working methods and analysis and conception skills; Their implementation is characterized by systematic and pragmatism. Know-how in labour and social security law as well as HR process and method skills describe your professional profile. With common IT applications and in particular with HR IT solutions, you can safely handle (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office applications). You have a very good communication, moderation and advice in German and English.
