You are responsible for our comprehensible remuneration approach at European level, taking into account matrix organization, group guidelines and country-specific framework conditions You analyze and plan our salary structures, pay attention to regulatory requirements and comparably with market conditions to ensure competitive compensation packages incl. Merit-actual set to control each fiscal year You first write reports and presentations for responsibilities in Europe and the entities on the current situation (e.g. cost structure), salary developments (e.g. benchmarking) and trends (e.g. Benefits, long-term incentives, car policy) You advise EU management and HR team on decisions about your topic Compensation & Benefits and related topics in the employee life cycle

You are a number man and brings professional experience to compensation systems as well as a completed business studies – consulting graduates welcome Your structured way of working builds on analytics and integrative thinking, so that not only due to your IT affinity, you can make a convincing HR contribution in the team You want to actively contribute with sound and transparent solutions to Compensation&Benefits requests from the various stakeholders regardless of German or English (both at least. C1) In addition to your C&B expertise, you feel comfortable with HR monitoring and labour law (optional) and participate in HR success with digital KPIs, OKRs and contract management
