Litigation and Dispute Resolution: You take over the independent leadership of judicial and extrajudicial procedures and represent our client:in diverse civil and economic matters IT Law / Digital Law: You work in the design and negotiation of contracts in IT law along the entire value chain as well as in legal issues relating to e-commerce, digital business models or IT security IP / Industrial legal protection: You process mandates in trademark, design, copyright and competition law, accompany our client: both in the enforcement and defence of their intellectual property and in the design of innovative business models
