Creation of billing documents based on execution plans, mass bills and local scales Examination and processing of invoices by subcontractors Creation of interim, deduction and final invoices to clients Quantity determinations and quantity testing within the scope of tendering and construction accounts Detection, documentation and accounting preparation of supplements and modified or additional services Planning, control and monitoring of the entire accounting process taking into account contractual requirements and dates

Complete training or studies in the field of construction, construction engineering or construction Multiannual professional experience in construction accounting, preferably in construction Safe handling of building billing software, ideally iTWO Good knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and accounting regulations (e.g. VOB) Communication strength as well as pronounced cost and number understanding
