Expert Virtual Reality (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of demanding 3D and virtual reality projects along time, budget and quality objectives Central technical role in coordinating complex 3D and VR productions in close cooperation with internal teams, customers and external partners Close cooperation with customers, internal departments, partners and external agencies to ensure smooth production processes Control and further development of digital content production in the visualization environment (CGI, Real-time‐3D, VR) Active design and optimization of standards, processes and quality guidelines in the 3D visualization and VR environment Responsibility for Requirement Management as well as expert advice from the client on feasibility and solution design Observing and evaluating new virtual reality technologies, game engines and media channels to further develop scalable, innovative visualization solutions

Complete studies in the field of media, 3D or game design, game engineering or a comparable qualification or long-term relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in controlling complex 3D, CGI, or VR projects, ideally in the automotive or visualization industry Funded know-how in 3D-, real-time-3D- and VR-technologies as well as in the handling of common tools and pipelines of content production Experience in the professional leadership, coordination and further development of employees as well as pronounced communication and coaching skills Very good knowledge in cooperation with customers, stakeholders and service providers incl. Requirements definition and expectation management Safe handling of project and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) as well as agile operations (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a high degree of organizational strength and quality awareness
