Sales Market Manager for the Heilbronn area (m/f/d)

Business Management You take over the creation of the annual business and earnings planning for all the gas stations in your district and ensure the under-year earnings control. You start, tune, and you are responsible for the sales, sales and cost budgets for your area. Based on the analysis of all relevant KPIs, you evaluate the target achievement and initiate appropriate measures for deviations. You actively participate in the acquisition of new petrol stations. Operational excellence You ensure operational excellence – from safety and environmental standards to smooth daily operation. You ensure that each station is “customer ready” at any time and control the relevant KPIs for availability and quality of operation. You promote a customer-centric sales culture, where the customer is at the heart of all decisions. Shop design & Merchandising You are responsible for the redesign and optimization of the gas station shops according to current merchandising principles You monitor the implementation of floor planning, assortment placement and product presentation and ensure compliance with our standards. You ensure that all shops show an attractive, sales-promoting and uniform appearance and support the teams in optimal implementation. Entrepreneurship and team building You select suitable petrol station partners, develop the economic result together and accompany them in their further development. In case of economic difficulties, you initiate appropriate measures and support your partners in the successful implementation.

Education & Experience Complete bachelor's degree in business, business, trade or comparable commercial training as well as at least 3 years of leadership experience. At least three years of relevant experience in sales or sales – ideally in retail. Enthusiasm and personality Strong leadership and consulting skills as well as an analytical and structured way of working. Very good communication skills, organizational skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a proactive way of working. Language & IT Very good knowledge of German and English. Safe handling of Office 365. Mobility & application Car driver's license and high readiness to travel in the care area. Your residence is ideally within your care area to ensure regular presence.
