As the Inventory & Scrapping Controller, you will support the TechOps organization in capture milestones in inventory optimization, which is a key component of the Capital Efficiency Program. In this role, you will provide high-quality data and insights to aid the decision-making process. You will manage all financial aspects concerning inventory and scrapping from a global perspective, assisting the Global Supply Chain department and the manufacturing site network. This position reports to the Head of TechOps Supply Chain Controlling.

Develop and enhance global inventory planning processes, including an accurate Inventory Projection Model. Set inventory and scrapping for sites and organizations in alignment with company goals. Deliver high-quality analysis to identify root causes and propose corrective actions for deviations. Design and maintain robust scrapping processes, including approvals, root cause analysis, and corrective measures. Support TechOps teams in identifying and tracking improvements related to inventory and scrapping. Coordinate central IOS reporting for TechOps. Contribute to global projects and ad hoc analyses focusing on inventory and scrapping optimization.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance & Controlling, Economics, or related field Minimum 3 years' experience in controlling, ideally in a plant or supply chain environment Hands-on experience in inventory management or optimization Strong IT skills, especially expertise with SAP FI/CO and SAP BW Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage Proactive, detail-oriented, and distract to thrive in a dynamic, international environment JOBV1_EN
