Advice and care of our guests in the selection of wines and other drinks Care and development of our wine map Ensuring optimal storage and presentation of wines Implementation of wine tastings and recommendations on food management Training and support of service personnel in the wine and beverage sector Responsibility for orders, goods control and inventory management Service support

Complete training in gastronomy or a comparable qualification Continuing Education on the (Young) Sommelier Mind. 2 years of practical experience in a similar position in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry Knowledge of national and international wines Embossed service and host orientation Communication strength, team skills and a well-kept appearance Good German and ideal English skills
