Completed training as a state-tested technician in the field of electrical engineering, communications technology, communication technology or transport technology or related fields of expertise or completed vocational training as an electrical engineer, electronic engineer, industrial electronics, industrial mechanic or mechatronic engineer or related fields or Proven deepened knowledge corresponding to three years of practical experience as an operator in activities of the pay group 9a

That would be desirable: Understanding Processes, Design and SLAs/KPIs (Incident Management) Knowledge and experience in network structures and monitoring and support systems Road Tunnel Equipment and Operation Directive (RABT) Alarm and Danger Protection Planning (AGAP) specific for each tunnel Safety Directive (RSA)
