You accompany older residents: in different situations of life – this requires specialist knowledge, empathy and a quiet view. We rely on bets where you can make your care experience useful and work in a framework that suits your experience. You are willing to work for several weeks or months at an agreed place of employment, where the bet can be in any federal state.
