Your tasks In your role, you take responsibility in the operation and further development of our production/operation (service delivery). You can handle the creation of Windows server environments (including Terminal Server and Active Directory) as well as the installation and configuration of applications. In addition, the availability, stability and performance of the productive systems and applications are guaranteed. You automate processes (with Powershell and Python) and take care of the development and implementation of corresponding concepts. In addition, you are responsible for incident, problem, change and escalation management in critical disorders. You participate in strategic projects, system migrations and infrastructure decisions and support the further development of operations processes to increase efficiency and operational safety. You support monitoring and error analysis in our existing customer environments and ensure compliance with safety, quality and compliance standards.

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in IT operation and in the realization of digitalization solutions based on Windows. Previous knowledge with Active Directory, SQL databases, Windows terminal servers and FSLogix profiles. Knowledge of operating processes (ITIL), cloud infrastructure and automation (ACMP knowledge of advantage). Secure knowledge of network protocols (DNS, DACP). Experience in incident and problem management as well as in dealing with SLAs. Experiences with monitoring and ticketing tools desirable (ZenDesk, JIRA & TANSS). Analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation as well as high decision-making pleasure, also under time pressure. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
