Complete system development: You implement and continuously develop the Group's Compliance Management System (CMS) together with the Head of Compliance. Preventive advice: You support the management and the departments in the development of preventive measures and advise them legally on topics such as anti-corruption, money laundering, anti-trust law, supply chain regulatory law (LkSG) and other relevant ESG issues. Conducting relevant training: You design and guide compliance training for employees of all hierarchy levels, coordinate e-learnings and shape appropriate communication measures. Implementation of risk analyses: You accompany compliance risk analyses, carry out checks and reliably implement Business Partner Compliance exams. Consistent Enlightenment Work: You take evidence of potential compliance violations, process these independent and conduct necessary internal investigations.

Your educational path: You have successfully completed your 1st and 2nd legal state exams or bring comparable academic training with a clear focus on compliance. Your strengths: You are characterized by a dynamic, communication-strong personality and an absolute hand-on mentality. In addition, you have strong skills in project management and the gift of communicating complex legal issues in a comprehensible way. Your profile: You bring multi-year professional experience from an international environment and have very good knowledge of operational compliance management. You master the German language in a safe manner and also communicate absolutely fluent in English.
