Number: MER0003X81 Mercedes-Benz Sales Germany (MBVD) of Mercedes-Benz AG is one of the leading sales organisations in the automotive industry. With around 1,000 employees, we control sales and service for Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the German market. Our goal is the highest customer satisfaction and the continuous success of our brand. Our department (ITS/SD) is responsible for the IT system landscape for wholesale and retail and supports the IT applications used. Our team 'IT Customer Service Europe' within the ITS/SD is responsible for applications that contribute to economic success and customer satisfaction after the sale of the vehicle. We are fourteen motivated colleagues who are looking forward to your support. Cooperation and constructive exchange will be raised with us. Are you studying information technology, computer science or a similar technical focus? You are strong in communication and know the agile software product development? Then we can expect exciting tasks around open source components, infrastructure and cloud topics. Work with a community of about 60,000 users and override their own tasks. As a student support, you are part of our team and participate in meetings with external partners as well as internal team and department meetings. Your tasks include: Creation, testing and acceptance of User Stories

Support in piloting new IT systems

Participation in editorial work in the content management system and form system

Support in IT operations and support

Voting with specialist areas and users

Development of small solutions for internal use

Bringing your own ideas and interests based on your knowledge

se and recommendations for action directly with different project stakeholders

The activity can begin from April 2026.

Course Information Technology / Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable course of studies with a corresponding technical focus

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office products

Commitment, team capacity, systematic, structured and independent working

Open and communicative species

Technical knowledge in handling Windows and Linux

Ideally, prior knowledge of CMS (such as FirstSpirit), ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI and basic programming skills (e.g. HTML, Python, Perl, SQL, JavaScript, etc.)

Ideally, knowledge with cloud providers such as Azure, Salesforce, AWS

Ideally, first knowledge of cloud architectures and technologies (IaaS, CaaS, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices) and agile software development
