You take central activities in the field of office organization You build efficient office management processes with your own ideas and impulses and develop them further You are responsible for the standardization and professionalization of telephony throughout the company You can safely access external enquiries by telephone during business hours You structure and update contract management You're editing the post You support mailing actions and unwind Amazon orders

A successfully completed training to the office clerk or a comparable vocational training You have relevant professional experience in a similar position in Office Management You have joy and experience in inbound telephony You have a secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word You have a strong organizational talent and a high problem solving capability A structured, proactive way of working and the ability to keep an overview even in a dynamic environment with processes not yet fully established and to develop solutions independently You are team-ready and have excellent communication skills and high customer orientation
