Rent accountant / operating cost accountant in full-time or part-time (m/f/d)

Management and maintenance of tenant accounts Creation of operating cost accounting for residential and/or commercial objects Book and tune all rental business transactions Mahnwesen and OP-Pflege Processing of payment transactions, banking movements and account voting Communication with tenants, owners, house administrations and service providers Support for monthly and annual work General administrative tasks as part of rental and BK accounting

Closed commercial training (e.g. real estate businessman/wife, office businessman/wife, tax specialist or comparable) First professional experience in rent accounting, real estate accounting or operating costs accounting Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with ERP or real estate management software Analytical thinking, structured working and high numerical affinity Teamability, reliability and enjoyment of independent work
