They are responsible for the introduction of the MACH procurement module and the associated implementation of the digital change process in the department. They are specialist application managers*in the software used in the field of expertise (MACH ERP, Cosinex procurement management system). They carry out procurements for all supply, service and construction services required at the university in economic form, taking into account the legal basis. They are responsible for the analysis of the procurement market and the determination of demand, including the collection and testing of offers and the comparison of comparability. In addition, the creation of contracts, including framework contracts, as well as the identification of performance disorders and the independent elimination of these are part of your tasks, using the relevant legislation.

They have a completed (specialised) degree in administrative/legal sciences, business management or a degree as an administrative specialist or a comparable qualification suitable for the exercise of the activities. Knowledge in procurement law and project management are advantageous. In addition, well-founded knowledge in the usual office applications and an understanding of IT relationships are expected. A good conceptual and creative mindset characterizes you. They have a high degree of autonomy and a pronounced skill for negotiation and enforcement. We expect a strong team and organizational ability as well as a service-oriented appearance.

The place is Hamm. Regulations on home office are available at the university. The 50 % part-time temporary agency for two years is to be filled at the earliest possible date. The grouping takes place according to the task of transferring and fulfilling the personal requirements up to the pay group 9b according to the collective agreement for the public service of the countries (TV-L).
