Part-time Facility Management Clerk (m/f/d)

In your role as a specialist in technical facility management, you support the team in all administrative and organizational questions, such as appointment organization or communication with the branches and also for technical support in the branches.

This means:

Independent view and examination of the damage message in our internal system Ordering the external service providers Invoicing and processing Escalation management for overdue orders Maintenance management This place is part-time (100h/month)

Successfully completed commercial training Professional experience in real estate or facility management desirable, experience in dealing with contracts High organizational and communication skills associated with team player qualities Self-employed, committed and structured work Very good MS Office knowledge, experiences with Google Workspace of advantage
